A partnership led by Beta Technology and funded through the Learning and Skills Council and The European Social Fund through Objective 1 to support women and increase their representation in three key areas in South Yorkshire.

Women in Self-Employment
Encouraging women to enter or enhance their skills in self-employment and entrepreneurship.

Women in Management Roles
Encouraging women to aspire to management roles, and working with employers to enhance the opportunities for progression routes into management.

Women as Leaders in Public Life
Encouraging women to aspire to represent their community in public life (in a voluntary capacity). Working in public bodies and the Voluntary/Community sector to enhance opportunities for women's participation.

Work Life Balance
Giving employers assistance to identify, develop and implement relevant work life balance strategies and practices and training their employees so that these practices are understood, accepted and promoted within the organisation.
