Just over half of all female employees in South Yorkshire work in administrative, secretarial, sales, customer services and elementary occupations (such as cleaning and shelf fillers) only 9% of women hold managerial positions compared to 14% of men in South Yorkshire.

The Stepping up to Management programme delivered by A4B offers a series of workshops to help women to aspire to management roles in progressive businesses across all industrial sectors in South Yorkshire.

Women in the regeneration sector will benefit from Regen School’s support through the Women into Management Roles programme.
