This programme aims to equip women working in the regeneration sector sector with the skills and knowledge they require to improve their performance or progress into management roles within the sector.
It will be of particular benefit to women who are new to management or who wish to become managers and have little or no formal management training.
The programme comprises 10, one-day workshops and access to mentor support over a 6 month period.
The next programme will commence in January 2006.
